Refund Policy

Design is subjective and collaborative.

Due to the time, strategy, and creative development involved in each project, all payments are non refundable once work has begun.

If you feel we are not landing where you hoped, I am committed to refining within reason and within the agreed original direction. My goal is always to help you feel confident in the final outcome.

However, refunds will not be issued due to:

• Change of mind
• Budget changes after work begins
• Shifts in aesthetic direction outside the agreed scope
• Delays caused by third parties

If a project is canceled before work begins, any deposit paid may be refunded minus administrative processing fees.
