Welcome to CB House. By booking services, submitting payment, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

CB House provides design consultation, material selection guidance, layout recommendations, and strategic renovation direction.

CB House does not provide architectural drawings, engineering plans, construction documentation, or contractor services. All technical execution, permitting, and construction are the responsibility of the client and their hired licensed professionals.

2. Payment Terms

A 50 percent deposit is required to begin any project.

The remaining 50 percent is due upon delivery of the final design package or within 15 calendar days of delivery, whichever comes first.

Work will not begin until the deposit is received.

Final files may be withheld until payment is received in full.

Late payments may result in paused services.

3. Scope of Work

The scope of each project will be outlined in your custom proposal.

Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and written approval before proceeding.

Major changes to original direction, including changes in aesthetic style, layout intent, or project goals after design has begun, may require a revised proposal.

4. Revisions

Each tier includes a specified number of revision rounds.

CB House is committed to helping you land on a design that feels right. If refinement is needed within the agreed original direction, additional minor revisions may be provided at discretion.

If the original direction changes significantly after work has begun, additional fees may apply.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate measurements
• Communicating budget clearly
• Hiring licensed contractors where required
• Reviewing and approving selections before purchase

CB House is not responsible for construction errors, contractor performance, installation mistakes, or site conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All design materials, boards, layouts, and documents are property of CB House until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, the client receives a non transferable license to use the designs for their personal residential project.

Design materials may not be resold, distributed, or reused for commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

CB House provides design guidance and strategic consultation only.

CB House is not liable for contractor performance, construction delays, structural issues, product defects, or project outcomes beyond design consultation.
